5. Travel Documents & Responsibility

 It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to carry valid passport, visa, identification documents, and

other required travel documents.

 Global Travels is not responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection, or entry refusal due to incomplete

or incorrect documentation.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Global Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to operational requirements, weather conditions,

safety concerns, or supplier changes. Alternative arrangements of similar category will be provided wherever

possible.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Global Travels acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers such as airlines,

hotels, transport companies, and tour operators. We shall not be held responsible for:

 Flight delays or cancellations

 Natural disasters

 Accidents or injuries

 Loss of baggage

 Political unrest

 Strikes

 Force majeure events

 Government travel restrictions

8. Force Majeure

Global Travels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our

control including but not limited to natural calamities, war, pandemic, civil disturbance, or government

regulations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the

jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
